— After contract conclusion, the price remains fixed. Changes are possible only if the customer alters work types, volumes, materials, or due to unforeseen hidden work during floor dismantling.
— Timing depends on work scope, room count, premises quality, and customer preferences. Average installation for a 1000 sq. ft. apartment is 4-5 days, longer for houses, faster for small apartments.
— A comprehensive proposal for all work and materials is usually prepared within 2-5 working days, depending on project complexity.
— Prepayment is 20%, and after completion, 80%. Payments for accepted stages don’t exempt us from correcting future comments or warranty obligations.
— Yes, you can alter the composition or scope of work, order additional or exclude agreed-upon work. The estimate is recalculated, and an additional agreement is signed.
— Yes, unloading, lifting of materials, and garbage removal are included for items purchased through our company. If materials are ordered elsewhere, unloading and lifting are the supplier’s or customer’s responsibility.
— We usually start within five business days, unless our schedule is busy. This time is needed for project manager familiarization, work schedule drafting, material preparation, and consumable delivery. In some cases, by agreement, an earlier start is possible.
— You will have contacts for the project manager and chief engineer for unrestricted communication via phone, email, WhatsApp, Skype, or any other convenient method. Detailed photos and video reports from the site are available upon request.
— We provide a full 1-year warranty for all work and materials purchased from us.
— Yes, we have all the necessary insurance.
— This can be discussed in the contract, but in this case, you may lose the comprehensive one-year warranty. Responsibility would be shared with other contractors, making warranty claims challenging due to multiple contractors on site. This is usually not beneficial to clients.
